Ingredients
2 tsp. sesame oil
4 tsp. soy sauce or soy sauce substitute
2 cups snow peas
1 clove minced garlic
2 tsp. cane sugar
dash red pepper flakes
Directions
- Over medium-high heat, heat oil in an 10 inch frying pan or wok. Add half of soy sauce and all of snow peas.
- Sauté 3-4 minutes or until tender and slightly crisp. Remove from heat and mix in remaining soy sauce, garlic, sugar and red pepper flakes.
- Serve immediately.
