Ingredients
1 cup milk, almond or coconut milk
1 cup plain yogurt
1 large avocado peeled and chopped
1 tsp. fresh chopped chives
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cane sugar (optional)
pinch Himalayan pink salt
pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions
- Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth- an old fashioned blender is best. Add more milk or yogurt to reach desired consistency. Chill.
