Ingredients
17.3 oz. package puff pastry dough defrosted
sliced almonds
ground cinnamon
granulated cane sugar
egg whites beaten until frothy (not stiff)
cooking oil
Directions
- Roll puff pastry until 1/4 inch thickness. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with almonds, cinnamon and sugar.
- Cut into 3 by 1/2 inch pieces. Place on lightly greased cookie sheets.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350F degrees for 8-10 minutes depending on oven type or until light brown.
