Ingredients
4 red potatoes, peeled, chopped
1 sweet potato, peeled, chopped
1 large carrot, peeled, chopped
1/3-1/2 cup hot milk
2 tbsp. butter
salt and pepper
Directions
- Cover potatoes and carrot with water in a large pot. Boil potatoes and carrot until fork tender.
- Well drain potatoes and carrot. Mash potatoes, carrot, milk and butter together in a medium size sauce pan over medium low heat. Add salt and pepper. Serve warm.
