Ingredients

  • 4 red potatoes, peeled, chopped

  • 1 sweet potato, peeled, chopped

  • 1 large carrot, peeled, chopped

  • 1/3-1/2 cup hot milk

  • 2 tbsp. butter

  • salt and pepper

Directions

  • Cover potatoes and carrot with water in a large pot. Boil potatoes and carrot until fork tender.
  • Well drain potatoes and carrot. Mash potatoes, carrot, milk and butter together in a medium size sauce pan over medium low heat. Add salt and pepper. Serve warm.
