Ingredients
6 oz. package chocolate morsels
12 oz. package butterscotch morsels
12 oz. package peanuts
Directions
- Melt chocolate and butterscotch morsels in either a double boiler over low heat, or in the microwave at 30 seconds intervals until melted in a microwave safe bowl- do not overcook or chocolate will become stiff.
- Stir in peanuts. Drop by teaspoons onto a waxed paper lined cookie sheet.
- Let set- chill if necessary. Store in a container. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen clusters.
