No Flour Peanut Butter Cookies is a cookie recipe that does not include any flour in their ingredient list. Instead, they are made using a combination of peanut butter, sugar, eggs, salt and baking powder, which is then baked into soft and tender cookies. These types of cookies are often a great option for individuals with gluten intolerance or those looking to follow a low-carb diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 3/4 cup cane sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

  • Combine ingredients in a medium-size bowl and mix until dough is stiff.
  • Scoop out dough with a small ice cream scoop or round tablespoon and place at least an inch apart on a cookie sheet.
  • Slightly flatten cookies with a fork. Sprinkle with granulated cane sugar if desired.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350℉ degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Wait for 8-10 minutes before removing cookies from pan since cookies are very tender and may fall apart until cooled. For best results use a no-stir peanut butter.
