Peanut Yogurt Dip- a healthy and spicy dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (or to taste)

  • 1/2 tsp. cumin ground

  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt

  • pinch black pepper

Directions

  • In bowl, mix ingredients together.
  • Serve with vegetable sticks, crackers or tortilla chips.
