Caterer's Angel Eggs


4 eggs

1 tbsp. mayonnaise

1 tsp. honey

1/2 tsp. sweet pickle relish

1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

1/4 tsp. dry mustard

1/4 tsp. vinegar

1/4 tsp. garlic salt

dash black pepper



Simmer eggs in boiling water for about 15 minutes. Turn off heat. Let sit in water for a few minutes. Peel, then cut eggs in a half and remove and reserve the yolks with a small spoon. Place yolks in a bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients until smooth. Put this mixture back in the egg halves. Spread the mixture a little bit over the white part of the eggs. Put eggs in the refrigerator. Sprinkle paprika over eggs before serving. Makes 6-8 servings.
