Ingredients
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
cooking oil spray
Directions
- With an electric mixer, cream butter and sugars in a bowl. Add egg and mix. Add peanut butter and mix.
- Combine flour and baking soda. Slowly mix flour mixture into butter mixture.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 350F degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool cookies for a few minutes before removing from cookie sheet. Store cookies in an airtight container.
