  • 1/2 cup thawed orange juice concentrate

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • 1 tbsp. water

  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp. cane sugar

  • 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon

  • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme

  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt

  • 1/8 tsp. dry mustard

  • dash black pepper

Directions

  • Whisk ingredients in a bowl until combined.
  • Serve over spinach and lettuce salad. Makes about 1 cup dressing.
