1 1/2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
1/3 cup cider vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp. ketchup
3 tbsp. cornstarch
Directions
- Whisk together ingredients in a sauce pan. For best results dissolve cornstarch in a few tablespoons of water or pineapple juice in a small bowl before adding to sauce mixture.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring until mixture thickens slightly and comes to a boil. Keep warm until ready to serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
