Caterer’s Angel Eggs are hard-boiled eggs that have been cut in half, and the yolks mixed with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, pickle relish and spices. The mixture is then spooned back into the egg whites, creating a delicious appetizer that’s popular as a snack or for lunch.

4 eggs
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. sweet pickle relish
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
dash black pepper

Directions
- Simmer eggs in boiling water for about 15 minutes. Turn off heat. Let sit in water for a few minutes- or cook eggs in a portable egg cooker.
- Peel, then cut eggs in a half and remove and reserve the yolks with a small spoon.
- Place yolks in a bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients until smooth. Put this mixture back in the egg halves.
- Spread the mixture a little bit over the white part of the eggs. Put eggs in the refrigerator. Sprinkle paprika over eggs before serving.
