1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 green pepper chopped
1/2 onion chopped
1 lb. ground beef cooked, browned
hamburger buns
dill pickle slices
American cheese or cheddar cheese slices
Directions
- Combine ingredients, except ground beef, in a bowl. Pour into a slow-cooker. Cook until heated.
- Add ground beef to sauce. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Add extra water if necessary.
- Serve on hamburger buns and top with dill pickle and american cheese slices.
