Ingredients

  • 1 banana sliced

  • 2 ripe peaches sliced or 3 canned peach halves drained

  • 1 tsp. cane sugar or 1/2 tbsp. honey

  • pinch salt

  • 2 cups milk

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 3-4 small ice cubes

Directions

  • Blend in blender until smooth and ice cubes are fully crushed. Chill leftovers. Makes about 4 cups.
