Ingredients
2/3 cup butter or margarine
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
dash black pepper
3/4 cup chopped pecans
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a bowl. Form dough into rolls and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate dough rolls for a few hours. Remove plastic wrap. Slice rolls into wafers and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350F degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before placing on cooling rack
