Onion Breadsticks are a quick way to enjoy breadsticks that do not take a long time to make. Although these breadsticks are quick to make they are also delicious to consume. Especially good accompanied by soup, chili or other cold weather meals. Another option is to dip onion breadsticks in ranch dressing or salsa.

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter or margarine melted
1 tbsp. dried minced onion
2/3 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
sprinkle seasoning salt
2 cups biscuit mix
2/3 cup milk
Directions
- In a shallow pan pour melted butter. Sprinkle dried minced onion over butter.
- In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except milk. Add milk to form dough. Knead lightly on a floured surface.
- Roll dough out in a oval, 6 by 10 inches. Cut dough in half. Then cut into 3 inch pieces. Dip pieces in butter onion mixture and place on a cookie sheet.
- Bake in a preheated 425F degree oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 15 sticks.
