Rich and Creamy Mashed Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 medium-size potatoes peeled, cooked and mashed

  • 2 tbsp. whipped butter

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 4 oz. cream cheese softened

  • 1 tbsp. dried chives

  • 1 tsp. garlic salt

  • 1/4 tsp. ground white pepper

  • paprika

Directions

  • Melt butter and combine with mashed potatoes. Mix sour cream, cream cheese and milk together in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add chives and salt and pepper. Add creamed mixture to potatoes.
  • Place potato mixture in a large casserole dish. Sprinkle casserole with paprika.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 350F degrees for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
