Ingredients
6 medium-size potatoes peeled, cooked and mashed
2 tbsp. whipped butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
4 oz. cream cheese softened
1 tbsp. dried chives
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. ground white pepper

Directions
- Melt butter and combine with mashed potatoes. Mix sour cream, cream cheese and milk together in a bowl until smooth.
- Add chives and salt and pepper. Add creamed mixture to potatoes.
- Place potato mixture in a large casserole dish. Sprinkle casserole with paprika.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350F degrees for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
