8 oz. package semi-sweet cooking chocolate
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup roasted peanuts, shelled
Directions
- Over a double boiler over low heat melt chocolate. Remove from heat.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk and peanuts until combined. Drop mixture by teaspoons onto cookie sheet lined with waxed paper.
- Place in refrigerator for a few hours.
- Remove clusters and put in air-tight container in a cool place or refrigerator.
