Ingredients
1 fresh jalapeno pepper
1/2 medium-size onion in chunks
4 oz. can green chilies
1 tsp. granulated sugar
Directions
- Cook jalapeno and onion in a multi oven on air fryer setting at 350F on a small cookie sheet until veggies become a little charred and soft.
- When veggies are cooled, place all ingredients in a small blender until combined and smooth. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes about 1 cup.
